The Peer Map view in Omnipeek and the Capture Engines is a powerful tool for visualizing network traffic in a capture window. The Peer Map graphically displays all of the nodes, or a user-defined subset, detected in a particular capture window.

Communications between nodes is indicated with line segments. The line between nodes can be color-coded to show which protocol is used. The thickness of the line indicates the volume of traffic between nodes.
